Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 6

Session 6 – 2.2km.

Workout: Long and tough, focus on technique through the warmup and drill, max out through the main set.

Warm up 200 metres

200m: Easy pace, Freestyle

Drill 200ml

4x50m: easy pace, Freestyle breathing every 5,7 or 9 stroke

Main Set 1200 metres

4x400m: Hard effort , Freestyle


Cool Down 200 metres

200m Easy pace, any stroke


TOTAL 2000m
