By using our website, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and any notices shown when information is collected.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:
- Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address.
- Order information, products purchased, sizing choices, returns, refunds and customer support messages.
- Payment and transaction information. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Account details, saved preferences, marketing choices and communication history.
- Reviews, photos, comments or other content you choose to submit.
- Device and usage information such as your IP address, browser, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, clicks, scrolling, cart activity and checkout activity.
- Information needed to prevent fraud, protect our store and comply with legal obligations.
How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, contact us, enter a promotion, submit a wholesale enquiry, sign up for marketing or provide a review. We also collect information automatically through Shopify, cookies, pixels and similar technologies. We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the store, process payments, deliver orders, measure advertising or provide customer support.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and improve our website, products and services.
- Process orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds.
- Provide sizing help, customer service and responses to enquiries.
- Send service messages about orders, accounts and important store updates.
- Send marketing where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Understand website performance, shopping behaviour and customer experience.
- Measure and improve advertising, promotions and product discovery.
- Detect fraud, misuse, security incidents and technical problems.
- Meet accounting, tax, legal and regulatory requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners, including Shopify, use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to run the website, remember preferences, analyse performance, personalise parts of the experience and measure advertising.
Where consent is required, non essential analytics and advertising technologies are used only after you make a choice through our cookie banner. You can accept, decline or manage available categories. You can also change your choices later through the Cookie preferences link on our website. Blocking some technologies may affect how parts of the site work.
Shopify processes information when you use our store. You can learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
Analytics, advertising and session insights
We may use analytics and advertising services provided by companies such as Google and Meta. These services help us understand visits, product views, cart activity, checkout activity and completed purchases, and help us measure or personalise advertising where permitted. These providers may use cookies, device identifiers and related information under their own privacy terms and your consent choices.
We may also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website through tools such as heatmaps and session replays. Clarity may collect interactions including clicks, scrolling, navigation, device and browser information, page performance and approximate location. Microsoft states that sensitive content and text entered into input fields are masked by default before information is sent to Clarity. We do not use Clarity to collect payment card details. Where consent is required, we configure Clarity to respect the visitor's consent choice. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Marketing communications
If you choose to receive marketing, we may use services such as Klaviyo or EcomSend to send product news, fit notes, community updates and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential messages about an order or account.
Reviews and user content
If you submit a review or other content, we may display it with the name or identifier you provide. We use review services such as Judge.me to collect, verify and display reviews. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a public review.
When we share information
We share personal information only where reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide services or comply with law. Recipients may include:
- Shopify, payment providers and fraud prevention services.
- Delivery companies, fulfilment partners and returns providers.
- Email, customer service, review, analytics, advertising and website service providers.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors and authorities where required.
- A buyer, adviser or successor if our business or assets are reorganised, sold or transferred.
We do not sell customer contact details as a standalone product. Some privacy laws define personalised advertising or certain data sharing more broadly. Where those laws apply, we provide the notices and choices required for that activity.
International processing
Some providers process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections in those locations may differ from Australian law. We take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers and use contractual or technical safeguards where appropriate.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. We delete or de identify information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to lawful record keeping obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password for any account and contact us promptly if you believe your information or account has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or receive a copy of information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising.
You can manage cookie choices through our cookie controls, unsubscribe from marketing using the link in an email, or contact us to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed to complete a transaction, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute.
If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Children
Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without appropriate consent. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published here with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate.
