Workout: Fun Session working on Freestyle drill, think about high body position in the water and constant flutter kick, put effort into the main set

Warm up 100 metres

100m any Stroke, Easy

Drill 100m

4x25m Freestyle drill, Catchup, 15 seconds rest

Main set 300 metres

3x100m Free style, hard, 30seconds rest

Warm down 100

100m any stroke, easy


TOTAL 600m
