ARE YOU SWIMMING FOR FITNESS? HERE ARE SOME SWIMMING WORKOUTS FOR BEGINNER'S, INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED SWIMMERS CREATED BY SALTY JOHNSON.

There’s a reason so many Australians are in love with swimming as their favourite exercise routine. A swimming training program is low impact, can be enjoyed in the Pool or the Ocean, at any age, it builds both cardiovascular fitness and endurance, and all you need to get started are a good pair of swimmers (SJ’s) and Goggles. We have been Swimmers since we were tiny, competitively Swimming through School, Club competing at a National level. This journey then led us to Coaching Squads and passing on our knowledge to the up and comers.

We have swim workout for every fitness level: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
