    Goal:
    Feel comfortable in all strokes (minus butterfly), smooth is fast, fast is smooth. Swimming is meant to be fun, so have a great time in your SJ Swimwear.

Use this this session to establish where your speed is currently at and set some GOALS to achieve over the next few Sessions.
