1. Agreeing to these terms
- These terms, together with the key details above, make up the terms of entry. By entering, you agree to them.
2. Who can enter
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
- The Promoter, his immediate family and anyone directly involved in running this promotion can't enter.
- The Promoter may ask any entrant or winner for reasonable proof of age, identity and residency. Anyone who can't provide it, or who doesn't meet these terms, isn't eligible and can't win.
3. How to enter
- To enter, join the Salty Johnson early access email list during the promotion period by giving a valid email address through the form at saltyjohnson.com.au/pages/black-friday, the Salty Johnson Black Friday popup on saltyjohnson.com.au, or another Salty Johnson form that says it enters this draw (for example, a Facebook or Instagram sign up form).
- Each form says, in plain words, that joining the list enters you in the draw and that you'll receive Salty Johnson emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing after you've entered doesn't cancel your entry, and we'll still contact you if you win.
- Choosing a favourite print, or giving a mobile number, is optional. It doesn't give you an extra entry or affect your chance of winning, and it doesn't reserve stock.
- One entry per person. Joining more than once, or with more than one email address, doesn't give you extra entries. If you're already a Salty Johnson subscriber, you still need to join the early access list to enter.
- No purchase is needed, and buying something doesn't improve your chance of winning.
- Entries are recorded by our email platform (Klaviyo), and its timestamp decides whether an entry was received during the promotion period. Anyone who joins the list on the day the promotion opens but before 6:00pm is treated as entering at 6:00pm. Entries received after the promotion closes aren't eligible for the draw.
- Entries made with automated tools, fake or disposable email addresses, or anyone else's details aren't valid. The Promoter may exclude an entry or an entrant that tampers with the promotion or breaches these terms.
4. The prizes
- There are 5 prizes. Each prize is one Salty Johnson digital gift card worth A$200. The total prize pool is worth A$1,000.
- Each gift card is sent by email to the address the winner entered with, and can be used on saltyjohnson.com.au on any product, including sale items and the new range, across one or more orders.
- The gift cards don't expire.
- Prizes can't be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where the law requires it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
5. The draw
- The draw takes place at 10:00am AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026 in Bondi NSW 2026. The Promoter will choose winners at random from all valid entries using a random number generator, and screen record the draw.
- Five winning entries and three reserve entries are drawn, in that order. The first five valid entries drawn win.
6. Winners
- Winners are notified, and sent their gift card, by email to the address they entered with by 12:00pm AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026.
- Winners are announced on saltyjohnson.com.au and the Salty Johnson Instagram account by first name and state from Monday 2 November 2026.
- If a winner is found not to be eligible, or the notification email can't be delivered, the Promoter may cancel that gift card and award the prize to the next reserve entry. If prizes still can't be awarded after the reserves, an unclaimed prize redraw takes place at 10:00am AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026 at the same location, and those winners are notified and sent their gift card by email by 12:00pm that day.
7. Your information
- We collect your email address, any favourite print you choose, any mobile number you choose to give us, and basic details about how you found us (such as the page or ad you came from). We use them to run this promotion, contact winners, and send you Salty Johnson early access and marketing emails, which you agreed to when you joined. We only send texts if you ticked the separate box to receive them.
- Your details are stored with our service providers, including Klaviyo and Shopify, which may store data outside Australia. We don't sell your information.
- You can unsubscribe from any email, and ask to see or correct your information by emailing salty@saltyjohnson.com.au. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and how to make a complaint.
8. General
- If something outside the Promoter's reasonable control (such as fraud, a technical failure or tampering) affects the fair running of the promotion, the Promoter may, subject to any direction from a state or territory gaming authority, change, suspend or end the promotion.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, the Promoter isn't liable for loss or damage arising from this promotion or the prizes, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence or breach of these terms.
- This promotion isn't sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
