When does the Salty Johnson Black Friday sale start?
Prices drop at 5pm AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026. Early access gets the email at 5pm, before we tell anyone else. The sale runs until 11:59pm on Tuesday 15 December 2026, then prices go back to normal.
What’s in the sale?
Everything in the store, from 30% to 60% off. The new range is 30% off. Our best sellers are 40% off. Older prints and bikini sets are 50% off. The Vault, which is board shorts, tote bags, Turkish beach towels and clearance men’s swimwear, is 60% off. Every product page shows its sale price. Gift cards aren’t included.
What is The Vault?
Our deepest cut: board shorts, tote bags, Turkish beach towels and clearance men’s swimwear, all 60% off. When a size is gone, it’s gone. Vault items are final sale, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they’re faulty. Early access gets first pick.
How do I win one of the $200 gift cards?
Join the early access list between 6pm Saturday 24 October and 6pm Saturday 31 October 2026. We draw 5 winners at random at 10am on Sunday 1 November and email each winner a $200 Salty Johnson gift card by midday, so they can spend it in the sale. Australian residents 18 and over. Is there a code before the sale starts?
Yes. Until 4:59pm Sunday 1 November, EARLYDIP30 takes 30% off anything at full price. Sign up above and it’s yours. From 5pm, sale prices show automatically and you won’t need a code. Discount codes can’t be used on sale prices.
Will the new range go lower than 30%?
No. The new range stays at 30% off for the whole sale, so EARLYDIP30 gets you the same price right now.
I bought from the new range at full price. What happens?
We keep our promise. If you bought a new print on our website from 24 October, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method after prices drop. You don’t need to ask.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are packed and shipped from Bondi. During the sale, from 5pm Sunday 1 November, shipping is free on 2 or more items. Until then, it’s free on Australian orders over $150. Order early in the sale for the best pick of sizes.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items can be swapped for another size or store credit within 30 days of delivery. They need to be unworn, with tags on and the hygiene liner in place. There are no change of mind refunds on sale items. Vault items are final sale, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they’re faulty. None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if something’s faulty.
