Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Every international shipping option includes tracking. Customs duties, taxes and local handling fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery estimates and tracking
Delivery times depend on your destination and the selected service. If an estimated delivery window is shown at checkout, use it as a guide. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
We dispatch from Sydney. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link so you can follow your parcel after dispatch. Where available, Australia Post may let you provide authority to leave through the tracking page.
International deliveries may take longer because of customs processing.
