SHIPPING PRICES

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Standard: $7 Express: $11

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Standard: $15 Express: $25

All of our shipping methods provide parcel tracking. 

 

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia can take up to 4 working days for the Eastern States and 6 working days for Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Express Post is faster, although it's the next working day after we ship - which means it can arrive two working days after your order. Make sure it's offered to your address from Sydney. That's only for yellow bags handed over at the Post Office or Yellow Post Boxes. 

We offer two types of shipping - Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post. 

Once your order has shipped you'll receive an Australia Post tracking number and link. That link can offer the authority to leave the parcel if you aren't home if that service is offered by your Postie.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number.  Where you will be able to track your order.

International shipping Express takes around 3-5 working days.

International shipping Standard takes around 10-15 working days.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS - your customs people can charge a duty along with a shipping and handling fee at your end

RETURNS POLICY

We hope your Salty Johnsons are a perfect fit - but if they aren't we have you covered! Make sure you try your Salty Johnson’s on the first time over your underwear. If the fit isn’t right you can send them back for an exchange or refund. You may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) - but not for a bad fit.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR SALTY JOHNSONS
If you need to return an item, simply email us at tom.johnson@saltyjohnson.com.au. We'll then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
