Session 10 – 500m

Workout: Longer workout to rinse off the Chrissy Kilos, long and hard main set, get the heart rate up and keep it up,

 

Warm up 50m

50m Freestyle, Easy

Main set 200m

4x100m Freestyle, fast, Max effort, 30sec rest

Cool down 100m

50m any Stroke


TOTAL 500m
