    Third advanced Sprint Session in the sprint series of workouts. Back by popular demand, great to know these are being utilised :) Use this session to build on where your speed is currently at and set some GOALS to achieve over the next few Sessions.

  • Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 7

    Session 7 – 1.8km.

    Workout: Fun Session with a bit of everything, focus on all Strokes. Smash the Medley 100's.

    Session 4 – 2km.

    Workout: Really Hard Workout, Sprint focused, really focus on warming up the body and raising the heart rate in order to smash the Main set. SURVIVE AND THRIVE

  • Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 3

    Session 3 – 2km.

    Workout: This workout will get the heart rate up pretty quickly, stay composed through the 8x50's and try survive through the 100s, this workout will really test you!
