Session 9  - 1000m

Workout: Sick workout with focus on body position and pull under water, smash out the main set and get that heart rate pumping

Warm up 100 metres

100m : Easy pace, Any Stroke.

Drill 200m

4x50m Catchup

Main set 500 metres

4x100m Freestyle, Medium, 2min

8x25m Freestyle, Fast, 30 seconds rest


Cool Down 100 metres

100m: any stroke: Easy pace


TOTAL 1000m
