  • Swim Workouts - Advanced - Sprint Series - Session 1

    Sprint Series SESSION 1 – 2KM

    Workout: First advanced Sprint Session in the sprint series of workouts. Great to dust off the cobwebs, rip into some technique and explosion. What a way to kick start your sprint journey. Use this this session to establish where your speed is currently at and set some GOALS to achieve over the next few Sessions.

  • Swim Workouts - Advanced - Session 10

    Session 10 – 2.5km.

    Workout: Longer workout to rinse off the Chrissy Kilos, long and hard main set, get the heart rate up and keep it up, try hold <1.30 pace to give plenty off rest to make the sets.

  • Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 9

    Session 9 – 2km.

    Workout: Fun workout with a focus on breathold and streamline off the wall, really push through the main set and get the heart rate pumping!

  • Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 8

    Session 8 – 2km.

    Workout: Really Hard Workout, Sprint focused, really focus on warming up the body and raising the heart rate in order to smash the Main set. SURVIVE AND THRIVE

  • Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 7

    Session 7 – 1.8km.

    Workout: Fun Session with a bit of everything, focus on all Strokes. Smash the Medley 100's.

  • Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 6

    Session 6 – 2.2km.

    Workout: Long and tough, focus on technique through the warmup and drill, max out through the main set.

  • Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 5

    Session 5 – 2.1km.

    Workout: Great session with a bit of everything, focus on that streamline being nice and tight off the wall streamlining as far as possible. Smash the main set and aim to hold a solid pace leaving plenty of rest on the 50s.

    Session 4 – 2km.

    Workout: Really Hard Workout, Sprint focused, really focus on warming up the body and raising the heart rate in order to smash the Main set. SURVIVE AND THRIVE

  • Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 3

    Session 3 – 2km.

    Workout: This workout will get the heart rate up pretty quickly, stay composed through the 8x50's and try survive through the 100s, this workout will really test you!

    Session 2 - 2km.

    Workout: Fun session, focus on technique, pump through the 50's and dominate the 100s, this session will leave you feeling amazing!

  • Swim Workout - Advanced - Session 1

    Workout:  Sprint style workout, focus on technique and body position and build into the main set. Super fun workout!
